What if we all saw ourselves as powerful in creating a better world? The world that many of us say we want!

Here’s an insight I’ve been grappling with today: we (people) are powerful in creating the type of world we don’t want, but often see ourselves as powerless in creating the world we do want.

Equity work means we must actively develop inclusive and identity-safe learning environments for young people. @BowarCarol is one of our ed heroes who is doing just that!
