BREAKING: Look at this. $DELL just won a five-year $9.7 billion Pentagon software agreement for the US military. But Trump also bought $DELL. He bought multiple times since February 10th, up to more than $5,000,000. On May 8th, he said: "Go out and buy a Dell." Unusual.

The Matthew Stafford contract extension from last week gave him a $5M raise for this season. There was also $50M added for 2027, but none of it is guaranteed until March of next year. And with Ty Simpson now on the roster, that’s a notable detail.

🚨 NEW: Defense Funding Put in Context President Trump has requested $1.5 trillion of defense spending in his FY 2027 budget request, including $1.15 trillion of base funding and $350 billion of additional mandatory funding. If enacted, this would represent a 42% increase from this year’s total levels – including mandatory funding from the OBBBA – and a 67% increase from last year’s base funding levels. For more context on defense funding, read our new blog here ➡️ crfb.org/blogs/defense-….

Why are we continually finding more ways to subsidize the wealthiest generation in our country’s history? 38% of all federal spending is for seniors. Of mandatory spending it is over half. And of age-assignable spending it is 62%. For a group that is 18% of the total population with more home equity, more stock holdings, and more savings. So the obvious answer is… exempt them from property taxes too, creating yet another reverse wealth transfer to be borne by the younger and poorer.
