Hard to believe it's over 2 years since my open heart surgery for an aortic aneurysm. It was something that was discovered in a medical check-up, without any symptoms. I'm forever grateful to the doctors and nurses who looked after me, and to be able to live my life without limitations is truly a blessing 🙏🙏 A fading scar is reminding me of that event everyday when I'm looking at the mirror 👀

75 years ago today, Bill Barilko scored in overtime, bringing the Stanley Cup home to the @MapleLeafs.

The Paul Donskov Legacy Scholarship, a $3,500 award, has been presented to Grayden Graves of Grove City HS. The scholarship honors the legacy of Paul Donskov, a visionary leader and tireless advocate who played a pivotal role in growing youth hockey in central Ohio. Graves, a varsity captain and goaltender, has distinguished himself through resilience, leadership, and dedication both on & off the ice.

My Dad, Jim, passed away 10 years ago today. I’ll never forget where I was standing that morning when my sister Teri called hysterically letting me know he had passed. Think about him every day and feel blessed to have had him as my father. I miss ya Dad! 🙏🏼

The Ottawa 67’s are deeply saddened by the passing of former Assistant Coach Vince Malette. Vince spent nine seasons as an assistant coach with the 67’s, playing a pivotal role in the club’s 1999 Memorial Cup appearance and 2001 OHL Championship. Following his tenure in Ottawa, he also served as head coach of the Peterborough Petes for two seasons. We extend our heartfelt condolences to Vince’s family and loved ones during this difficult time ❤️
