Zain's grandmaster challenge proved the haters right. He didn't actually learn the tech of the characters he played. He just grinded away to GM by using fundamentals, and those were never in doubt.
No float cancelling, no cookholding, nothing. Just dash dance grab, as expected.

Day 2 thoughts: Metagross is insane as expected, Swampert shockingly good with wave crash, Mawile is good but the meta is pretty hostile to it rn, raichu X I'm deeply unsure of but I haven't played much of it, Staraptor is YouTube content and will struggle in high level play

@FordonUbell @KryZenDesigner Hot take but in cts it's not easy to punish? Like you need to figure out what they're trying to do on team preview with little to no information, and even then, if you commit to beating just that ONE opening. You definitely learn to beat it with time, but not it's SUPER easy
