💥 Phuket police arrested a 25-year-old German tourist for stealing 2,000 baht from a massage shop on Ranong Road after CCTV captured him opening a drawer while the cashier was away. The incident was reported on January 20, 2026. On January 21 at around 7:00 p.m., Phuket City Police, Tourist Police, and Immigration arrested Mr. Laszlo Ruben Eschenlohr under a court warrant. Two pairs of soccer shoes were seized as evidence. The arrest occurred after the suspect returned to the shop to apologize and repay the money. The shop refused and called police.
