@weupnext0430 @CastleFor3 @twowayshai Even on wembys bad nights offensively, he changes the game with what he does on defense
English

@CastleFor3 @twowayshai “Golden turd > Normal turd”

Devin Vassell on the Spurs:
“You know to see that this is Dylan in his rookie year, Steph in his second year, Vic in his third year, I mean, I keep saying it but the league’s in trouble 😮💨.. It’s an exciting time to be a Spur and to be a Spurs fan.”

@face2panda @50NuancesDeNBA Actually the opposite. He never plays more than 30 minutes in a night.
Making it even more impressive.
English

I’m sorry but how do you respect a Wemby fan? Born with the best genetics in basketball history, but he gets applauded because he’s “coordinated for his size.” Well when you’re 7’5 and being coordinated is all you have to worry about then it doesn’t sound too hard to develop. If he wasn’t good at basketball then it would simply just be embarrassing. I prefer players who had to work their asses off to actually develop various skills, instead of being handed everything at birth. “He’s a great defender!” He’s 7’5 he better be a great defender and should be averaging at least 7 blocks a game.
He already had everything handed to him: genetic lottery, great team after one healthy year. But that isn’t enough, he has to cry to the media to win his MVP because that’s all he’s used to: getting what he wants because he’s super tall so he has people in awe, and it really worked. Players like Luka can string together seasons putting up a near 35 point triple double, SGA with the most efficient 30 point season ever, and Jokic putting up 28/13/11, but it just doesn’t matter because the crybaby has to get what he wants. If anyone else acted the way he does they’d be labeled corny, but he’s labeled passionate.

@Spursinsix4_6 @Hawks_HomeCourt This really comes off as a drunk, DMT style rambling.
English

“Jonathan Kuminga, the explosive young forward for the Atlanta Hawks, knew his team needed a miracle to make a deep playoff run. In a moment of desperation, he sought out the legendary Heart-Shaped Herb from Wakanda, consuming it in a sacred ritual that transported his spirit to the Ancestral Plane.
There, he encountered the fierce warrior Killmonger, who challenged him with raw intensity and wisdom forged in struggle. "Power without purpose is just noise," Killmonger growled, imparting the unyielding focus and killer instinct Kuminga had buried deep within. Emerging stronger, with enhanced athleticism, defensive tenacity, and a relentless drive, Kuminga returned to the court—now a true force on the hardwood—leading the Hawks past their rivals with thunderous dunks, lockdown defense, and clutch performances that shook the NBA playoffs to its core.”

@BKSecretsports @run_bull_ He put up 40 opening night….
His gravity creates tons of space which is why keldon, champagine, vassell all having career years.
English

@run_bull_ 0 reason, players put up such good numbers in 20 games and people forget about they play 60 other games
English

Insanity.
We have reached insanity levels.
There’s zero reason Wemby should be up there.

Brian Scalabrine on his MVP pick:
“To me it’s Wemby.. I wish that everyone who had a vote can watch Wemby play live. I’ve been in the league since ‘01, and I’ve never seen a more impactful player on every possession.”
No lies detected 🤷🏻
