Here's what "that's not sustainable long term" means: Residential rents are gross so their net income is rent less real estate taxes, insurance, and operating expenses... which I can assure you nearly always increase. Therefore, net income declines from already low levels.

At 6:50 AM ET today, $1.5 BILLION in notional value worth of S&P 500 futures contracts were bought.
This trade was so large it sent the entire index +0.3% higher that minute.
Then, 14 minutes later at 7:04 AM ET, President Trump announced "productive discussions" with Iran were underway.
By 7:10 AM ET, the S&P 500 had added +$2 TRILLION in market cap.
That $1.5 billion position gained +$60 million in minutes.
Absolutely incredible.

Retard. I am trying to strengthen VA benefits by calling out those who scam. Veterans who become disabled in service should receive even more money than they go now. Programs like these only survive when you call out abuse. There are no sacred cows in America.

However there’s an entire movement for veterans killing themselves every 22 mins that by cutting the benefits you’d fuck a lot of people. I truly don’t know the answer.
