A blank 8 years. ■A rough overview of recent BNE high-selling titles ・Over 10 million copies sold *Dragon Ball Z KAKAROT* DLC *SHADOW OF THE ERDTREE* ・Over 7 million copies sold *ACE COMBAT 7 SKIES UNKNOWN* ・Over 6 million downloads *G Generation Eternal* ・Over 5 million copies sold *ELDEN RING NIGHTREIGN* *Dragon Ball Sparking! ZERO* ・Over 3 million copies sold *TEKKEN 8 SEASON 3* *ELDEN RING is co-developed and published by BNE. BNE has a strong global publishing presence! Also, this only includes recent high-selling titles, so please understand that we are not looking at sales below SCVI. ■Summary for the upcoming new release While they've sold "2 million " in two years, there's an "8-year" gap. 2 million copies wouldn't have been enough to sustain Season 3. In the gaming industry, it's generally accepted that selling 1 million is considered a certain level of success. Some might say that high sales are due to "famous IPs." "ACE COMBAT" and "TEKKEN" are original BNE IPs. Tekken 7, over eight years (including its arcade era), has sold a series-high 11,800,000 across four season packs. Currently, "SCVI" has only sold 2 million . Is achieving that sales target really that difficult? Since there are titles with high sales, it seems inevitable that a sequel will require a massive investment. If you're a senior executive from Bandai, unless you're a Soulcalibur fan, you can't take responsibility, so you're likely judging based on the numbers. You might not easily sign off on starting development on a new game. The road to "SC7" seems extremely difficult. However, if there's any positive news, it's the "Souls series 30th anniversary" in April 2026. If there's a new game announcement for the 30th anniversary or at EVO Japan 2026, let's give it our all as Soulcalibur fans! Wouldn't it be a bit disappointing if the 30th anniversary celebration was just a compilation video? 💦 The planners and those responsible for the release will undoubtedly face immense difficulties within the company. Perhaps such an opportunity will never even arise... Everyone, if something is flawed, let's point it out with love and honesty. Even if it's not your ideal Soulcalibur, let's avoid unreasonable hate and support it with an eye on the future. I've had enough of waiting another 10 years lol If a miracle happens and a new game really does come out, I'll support it with all my might. The Souls series doesn't have many goods... However, a rare, large-scale "SCVI Ivy" statue is scheduled to be released by Prime 1 Studio @Prime1Studio It looks like it will be of super high quality! x.gd/gnd3Z I hope that like Tekken, various IP goods that Souls series fans all over the world will want will be released. I want to plan something like that. Amazon only has logo t-shirts... The Legend Will Never Die We'll be waiting for you all at the 'SSSWORLDCUP2026 in EVOJAPAN2026 Side Tournament' lol ■World Tournament Entry 💡Deadline Until April 11th (Sat) 1⃣ SC1 Currently 15/32 x.gd/bHXUV 2⃣ SC2 Currently 14/32 x.gd/iMPPD 3⃣ SC3AE Currently 15/32 x.gd/jIT26 #SoulCalibur #SC #EVOJAPAN

Tekken 8 is the worst fighting game ever made

Tekken 3 and TTT have ROLLBACK netcode for international play and it's all easy to access through one simple setup. Who's forcing you to play T8? tekkenunderground.com/get-connected/

Tekken: Dark Resurrection joins PlayStation Plus Classics. Step back into the King of Iron Fist Tournament 👊

Tekken is (traditionally) the only mainstream fighting game that doesn't play into an arbitrary triangle system, and much more closely resembles real world combat strategy. Like, actual strategy that's been studied for millennia, not the vibes-based video game kind

People treat fighting games like a numbers game too much that it feels like no one plays by feel anymore. It’s always “how do i set up the safe jump” or “how can i set up a frame kill for plus frames” Not everything needs a set up. Learn how to improv instead.
