This is Praise, not a forwarded message.
If you know anyone in Abuja with a room or space to share for a while, please text me.
I have a friend (male) who needs a space for the time being.
He’s a great guy - a Christian.
Please retweet until it gets to the right person.
God bless you.

@kenkenlewu @boye4christ2006 The use of contraceptives affect women hormones.
Majority of women on family planning has reduced sexual urges.
English

The reason why most women don’t always enjoy sèx is that female sèxual desire is closely linked to hormonal cycles. Men, on the other hand, can become aroûsed more easily just by seeing a woman’s figûre.
During a woman’s dry period, she may need more fo4eplay to become fully responsive. But around her ovulation period, when hormones are at their peak, she can become intensely arousèd even taking control of the situation if her partner isn’t careful.
It is said that a woman’s sèxual experience is fundamentally tied to the hormonal ebb and flow of her menstrual cycle. During the ovulatory window, typically days 12 through 16, a surge in estrogen and luteinizing hormone acts as a biological catalyst for desire.
This phase optimizes the body for intimacy by increasing genital blood flow and natural lubrication, which often results in more intense arôusal and physical ease.
The experience shifts significantly during the luteal phase, as progesterone becomes the dominant hormone. This shift can dampen libido and reduce the body’s natural secretions, occasionally leading to muscle tension or physical friction.
When sèxual activity occurs outside the hormonally primed window, it may feel less intuitive or even uncomfortable.

@Adunniolaide02 Some men put their health first before their wives while some women feel it is a crime to put your health first.
Couples should find a balance when it comes to family planning, don't just dump it on the woman to figure it out by using her health to test run different ones.

Between UK vs Canada for Japa (2026), which one should you choose?
If you’re planning to japa , read this carefully before making a costly mistake
1) JOBS
UK:
• Mostly care jobs and NHS roles
• Sponsorship is the biggest problem
• If you have strong experience, you can still secure white-collar roles even without studying in the UK
Canada:
• More job options (skilled + unskilled)
• PR pathway supports employment
• Very difficult to get a job if you didn’t study in Canada
Winner: Canada
2) PR (Permanent Residency)
UK:
• Depends heavily on employer sponsorship
• Minimum 5 years, but uncertainty is high (could increase to 10 years or more)
Canada:
• Clear system (Express Entry, PNP)
• Possible without a job offer
Winner: Canada
3) DEPENDENTS
UK:
• Now restricted for most Master’s applicants (except research/PhD)
• Children get free schooling
• Spouse can work
Canada:
• Spouse gets open work permit
• Children get free schooling
• Restrictions now apply to some MSc programs and PHD
Winner: Canada
4) AGE FACTOR
UK:
• Flexible, no strict scoring system
Canada:
• Age directly affects CRS points
Winner: UK
5) COST (EXPENSIVE FACTOR)
UK:
• Lower proof of funds (28 days)
• Cheaper living (£700–£1,200/month)
• Easier to survive initially
Canada:
• Higher proof of funds (CAD $ 20k+) and longer history (4–6 months)
• Higher cost of living (CAD $1,200–$2,200/month)
Winner: UK
FINAL VERDICT
Canada wins for:
• PR pathway
• Long-term job stability
• Family benefits
UK wins for:
• Lower cost
• Faster entry
REAL TALK
UK = Easier to enter, but long-term stay is uncertain due to sponsorship issues. You may need to “rejapa” later.
Canada = Expensive to start, but offers a structured and more predictable pathway to permanent residency.
If your goal is PR and long-term settlement, Canada is the better choice.
If your budget is low and you just want to enter quickly, the UK is more realistic.
I help people choose the right country based on their profile, not guesswork.

Be Japa Ready
Japa is not just a dream , it’s a strategy.
If you want to get it right and avoid costly mistakes, focus on these 5 key things:
1) Make the Decision First
Japa is a choice, not by force.
No one will force you, and no one can do it for you.
Once your mind is made up, everything else becomes easier to align.
Remove “Had I known” from your future.
Your tomorrow is built on today’s decisions.
2) Choose Your Country Wisely
Before money, before agents; pick your destination.
Not every country is for you:
•Some will waste your time
•Some will keep you stuck
•Some will give you a clear path to PR, jobs, and growth
Ask yourself:
•Is there a PR pathway?
•Are jobs available?
•Can I grow long-term here?
Abroad is broad, choose intentionally.
Don’t let a country choose you.
3) Choose the Right Pathway
There are different routes to Japa:
•Study route
•Work visa
•Skilled migration
•Scholarships
Not every route fits everyone.
The wrong pathway leads to visa refusal or struggle abroad.
The right pathway makes your journey smoother and faster.
Strategy matters more than speed.
4) Sort Out Your Numbers
Japa requires money, but it doesn’t always have to come from you alone.
You can explore:
•Scholarships
•Grants and fellowships
•Sponsorships
•Family support or personal assets
Be strategic:
•Some countries are more affordable
•Some schools are cheaper
•Some options give better return on investment
Have a clear financial plan.
5) Build Relevant Skills Before You Go
Don’t just travel, prepare to compete.
What you know will determine how fast you settle.
Focus on:
•Digital skills (Data, Tech, Healthcare, Trades) and driving skills as well.
•Certifications
•Work experience
Many people travel and still struggle because they didn’t prepare.
Japa without skills is survival.
Japa with skills is success.

• Somebody will come online and randomly ask you to drop your date of birth, and you will rush to share it.
• Two days later, another person will tweet that you should comment your state of origin, and you will rush to do so.
• Four days later, they will ask on the TL which university you attended, and you will quickly respond.
• A week later, they will ask where your gym is, and you will share it.
• Two weeks later, they will ask for your place of work, and you will comment.
• Three weeks later, they will ask you to name the closest supermarket to your residential area, and you will respond.
Some of you are not security-conscious at all. You freely give out sensitive information to strangers because you do not understand social engineering. If you like, don’t use your head.
English

@miss_ezeani Women are always scared because anything can happen anytime!
Even in death, they will still rape women dead bodies.
God I'm tired🤦♀️

God!! God!!!
Do you understand how much happened to those ladies! It was more than the assault, it was the mob!!!!
They were mobbed like criminals!!!
Pure beastial vigor unleashed on them, in droves!
Can you even picture the horror???
A hand reaches for your breast. You try to swat it away, but two more are already there. You realize you can’t fight them all, so you stop attacking and go into a desperate, frantic defense. You cross your arms tightly over your chest, trying to shield your own body from a drive of invaders. You are a fortress under siege.
But that does nothing.
Five more pairs of hands reach to rip your top. Three more are tugging at your bra, the straps digging into your shoulders. They are prying at your locked arms, trying to force your chest open, while the rest of the mob is pushing and pulling you in a dozen different directions.
You are fighting to keep your bra on, for your dignity.
Your flight response is screaming. Your legs are making a run for it even before your brain can process the path - this is pure survival now. Dignity has taken a back seat. You leap, trying to break free, but they pull. You feel your top give way, the fabric shredding, and suddenly your breasts are feeling the cool evening breeze... exposed to the eyes of these rabid drove.
You are using every ounce of feminine strength, against all these pure masculine energy fueled by the frenzy of a mob and lust… just to keep your arms wrapped around yourself. You’re trying to keep your balance things are happening faster than you can process. You realize you’re losing, so you drop. You collapse into a fetal position on the ground, trying to become as physically small as possible. To disappear.
But before you even hit the ground, hands grab the waistband of your jeans. The fabric is trapped between their grip and your skin. They pull. You feel the denim and the lace of your underwear fold into a brutal, agonizing wedgie between the lips of your vagina - the searing burn of the friction as they tug.
And you’re confused because you didn’t steal, you did kill… you were just a woman, commuting.
I didn’t censor my words because I want it to read as uncomfortable as possible.
Because there is not a single place on earth, in all of human history, where a man has faced this type of coordinated, ritualized horror from a mob of women.
Women get raped for “culture”, they get raped as a “punishment”, they get raped for revenge, they get raped for “duty”, they get raped for “rituals”, they get raped for looking too good, for dressing too scanty, “asking for it”, for being a tease, for getting in a room with a man, for being a toddler, for being an old woman in her 70s, for daring to commute in a BRT, for daring to breathe…
God!!!!

@kenkenlewu In my sons school, some parents were skimpy clothes to pick their children from school.
I find it disturbing
English

PTA meetings has turned into a usel£ss thing now. 2002 children have given birth and started acting as parents.
I went to my child’s PTA meeting, and almost all the parents had tattoos and piercings. They are not just coordinated at all. So these ones too are now parents?
Another one even did diamond teeth. Any small thing, he’ll start forcing smile and showing his teeth. He doesn’t have anything to say oo, he just wants to show off his expensive teeth.
So me and 2002 children are now doing PTA meeting together. Wonders shall never end..”
Man expresses sh0ck after attending his child’s school PTA meeting, sparking reactions online.

@Ifeagbeja Where are people seeing this money to relocate?
Are they taking loans? Where are they even seeing loan of 40M!?
I have calculated and calculated o even 10M can't be enough!
English

A family of 4 needs a POF of $27,297, which is 28.5m.
This does not include credential evaluation, police character certificate (100k), medicals (150k), Application after getting ITA ($3,570 =3.75m), flight (2-5m).
They will need about 35 - 40m depending on the exchange rate.

@Ifeagbeja To relocate as a family of 4 alone na like 15-20m budget.

I took down the post because I kept getting some weird DMs/comments, I was tired of blocking them so I thought it would be better to just take down the post altogether.
I also got great comments and DMs like yours saying this post encouraged them, now I feel I shouldn’t have let the naysayers win. So, I’m gonna put the post back up 🙂, and also answer the most popular question I kept getting in my DM.
I came to Canada as an international student in Q4 2022, studied for a masters degree at one of the universities in Ontario. Graduated, wrote CELPIP and applied for nomination via the OINP Masters Graduate Stream. I received my nomination in 2024, and applied for PR in Jan 2025.
It was a long wait, but we thank God for everything, I’m now a Permanent Resident 🤓 . Grateful to Canada for the privilege to be a permanent part of this beautiful country!🍁 🥰

If you can speak French and you are still in Nigeria right now, it’s a choice. You can literally become a permanent resident of Canada in 6 months.
