In his last night for the black and gold, Senior Ty Van Essen (19 points, 11 rebounds) recorded his fifth career double-double, all occurring this season. It was his 2nd double-double against Concordia this season.

Freshman Reed Friesen reached double digits last night for the first time in his collegiate career. He was 5-5 from the floor against the Bulldogs.

In Van Haaften's 8 years at Dordt, he has compiled a record of 168-76. His .689 winning percentage is the highest in Defender men's history.

Dordt finished the season 16-13, the 8th consecutive season above .500, all under Coach Van Haaften. The 13 losses tied the 2018-19 team (Van Haaften's first season at Dordt) for most defeats in the Van Haaften era.
