WHAT THE ACTUAL FCK In Q2 2025, US Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick's firm Cantor Fitzgerald offered to purchase importers' tariff refund rights for 20%-30% of their face value. This means if tariffs are ruled ILLEGAL, Cantor Fitzgerald will get a 100% refund along with interest from the government. By July 2025, Cantor had already processed $10M in refund rights, which may be $100M+ now. Today, the US Supreme Court deemed Trump's tariff illegal, which means Cantor will probably profit $50M-$100M. This is what we call "insider trading." ?

PRESIDENT TRUMP ANNOUNCES NEW GLOBAL TARIFF PLAN. 10% Global tariff to be imposed for 5 months on top of existing tariffs. Tariff refunds will be litigated and could take 2-5 years. Does not need congressional approval to impose tariffs.

BREAKING: Trump to sign executive order imposing new 10% global tariff set to last 5 months.

JUST IN: Goldman Sachs has launched an S&P ex-AI index, SPXXAI, which will let investors invest in the S&P 500 except AI companies.

Super investor David Tepper increased his Micron $MU position by 200%. Micron is guiding for Q2 2026 revenue of $18.7B, thats a massive 132% YoY increase.

The Supreme Court got it right. But they also did Trump a huge favor, as his tariffs are harming the U.S. economy and are paid by Americans. But since the tariff revenue will now stop and past revenue must be returned, the already rising U.S. budget deficit will soar. Got gold?
