I don’t rate Trae Young at all and fear Anthony Davis is a couple years from his body being unable to perform at an NBA level at all, but I love the process behind these trades from the Washington Wizards nonetheless. Trade next to nothing for two all-star/fringe all-nba returns to pair with a top pick in a stacked top half of the draft. If it fails, they can get rid of them just as easily as they acquired them.

The Chargers plan to hire Mike McDaniel as their offensive coordinator, per sources. McDaniel is still a candidate for the Raiders and Ravens head coaching jobs. But if McDaniel is an OC in 2026, it’s expected to be in L.A.
