I don’t think missing out on the title was going to put Slot’s job in danger. And like you said, 4th best squad. Missing out on Champions League qualification especially with 5 spots is bad.

Slot reminds me of Rodgers. When all was going well he was really able to steer the ship well.
When it got tough he didn’t have the experience to back him up so had to learn on the job what works and what doesn’t

In 2008, EVERY boy in my class watched wrestling.
By the end of 2009, after guest hosts, little peoples court, and the interminable Randy/Cena program , I was the last one left and wrestling became the thing you don’t bring up out loud anymore because it was lame and embarrassing.
