Actually if you look at the lyrics of Cactus, she probanly imagined Jeongyeon as the Ang-ie (the cactus) that had died under her care when Jeongyeon was going through the worst of it. Jihyo probably felt alot of guilt back then and compared her forgetting about the cactus to her having “overlooked” Jeongyeon during that period. Also Jihyo keeps mentioning that she said alot of harsh things to Jeongyeon (not what she intended) and she’s still blaming herself for it but back then, Jeongyeon couldn’t even respond because that was how far gone she was… -> “My dried thorns can’t prick you.” So imo yes Cactus is probably about Ang-ie but it probably overlaps with Jeongyeon during that time. It’s like a final straw maybe… Jihyo was probably already struggling to think about how to help Jeongyeon and then Ang-ie that they planted together died because she forgot about it…
