If you don't think 20% yearly returns are "enough" you've never been consistently profitable.
$100,000 at 20% compounded yearly over 30 years is $26,000,000.
So if your account is still up 50% or 100% on the year you probably should chill and just play with profits.
"But I only have $1,000". Ok in 30 years that's $240,000.
20% compounded yearly is almost unheard of so before you laugh it off see if you can outperform it 10 years straight.
Anyone in their 20s or 30s with over seven figures should pivot over to investing long term and you'll end up with eight figures without having to stress or gamble (passive income).
Or keep listening to the degens, addicts, and one hit wonders that continue to round trip life changing money.

In short:
• Ethereum's fundamentals are strong, but its price lagging may create a perception of problems that aren't there
• Still, L2s with native tokens dilute liquidity that could buy ETH
• Ethereum Foundation is awesome in tech research & building, but soft-skills side of EF needs to get replaced
• EF launching a native L2 is too late. Doing so now risks sending a message that any business can be monopolized
• Solana with SVM is here to stay, but Solana usage differs from Ethereum explaining why Aave is not live on Solana yet
• Crypto moves onchain from CeFi: Onchain is where most value is
• 2025 will mark the start of a bear market :(
Personally, it's great to hear insight from industry builders. Their frustration with the Ethereum Foundation is strong.
Ethereum is okay, but its culture needs to evolve.
