Anyone else weary of BTB ACL in patients with a big Osgood-Schlatter ossicle? I know data suggests it’s ok but I have a hard time with it, especially when you can just do a quad.

@RyanBlackwellMD @NuelleSportsMD I’ve done probably 5-6 onlay with all suture anchor and they’ve all loved it and done great. I’ve been adding a knotless fibertak proximal in the footprint as a suture staple to increase bony contact.
