People like to paint Jobs with the tyrant brush, but he was truly a customer-first CEO that demanded excellence FOR the customer. People don't realize how hard it was to be an Apple fan back in the early 90s. You'd have to nearly get into a fist fight to defend your operating system of choice.

In 1999, Steve Jobs gave an honest speech at Apple campus after pulling the company out of bankruptcy. No CEO thinks this way: - Pride is your product strategy - Apple exists for specific people - He never cared about saving Apple 10 lessons from the rarest Steve Jobs clip:

100+ domains scattered over 4 registrars collapsed into one cloudflare account in about 2 hours thanks to Claude Code. All I needed was API keys to feed it and it took care of everything for me. These are the tasks that even tech savvy people have to do that would have taken a DevOps agent a few days worth of scripting or at the worst, copy/pasting into browsers. @claude Code isn't just for writing code. It's a force multiplier on getting your tech organized.

@cgtwts ...on so many things. That show was a mirror of how things were actually going down at that time. I'd watch an episode and it'd always have 1 of 2 things: A: Something that had already happened to me. B: Something that was going to happen to me at some point. That show was A+.

I see a lot of chatter here about Opus limits. I'm not seeing it. So either they're throttling certain people, or the people complaining are doing something I'm not. I've got 4 CC Agents nearly pegged all day for the last week and have yet to hit a wall on the Max 200 plan. Shipping left and right all day every day.

I applied for the "Build with Opus 4.7" hackathin and didn't get in. Not a biggie...tens of thousands applied and only 500 spots. But I'm a builder and wanted to build anyway. The result? I shiped it in 48h. openscut.ai SCUT is an encrypted communications protocol for Agents to use int he future to transfer sensitive info. Not "Email for Agents" but more "Communications for Agents." A little Email, sure, but also a little Signal. Building for Agents is the new gold rush. Everyone's just spinning up OpenClaw instances and having their Agents check email and do simple tasks. There's a whole Agent economy coming soon, and I'm building for that.

Getting agents to interact with each other in real time without human intervention is the next unlock on the 2200 development. We got there yesterday. Only the beginning and I'm really excited about this.

Anyone can verify on BaseScan. Total deployment cost: $0.04. Tomorrow afternoon I planned to be finishing the core library. Quick stats on day 1 of SCUT so far: - Protocol spec v0.2.0: shipped - Reference ERC-721 contract: written, Foundry-tested, deploys tomorrow - Crypto library, relay, resolver, monitor: all shipped - 104 TypeScript tests, 19 Solidity tests, all green - End-to-end demo runs on my machine I'd planned a week for this. We're not even done with day 1 yet. @claudeai Opus 4.7 is doing something I haven't seen before. I don't get all the token burning comments. I've not had that issue at all and I've been running HARD since 11:03am.

12:53 PM Tuesday. Day 2 of SCUT done. Full monitor TUI shipped. Live SSE from relay, keyring, reveal animation, scripted orchestration. Five demo scenarios fire on timers. 84 tests green. Demo works on my machine end-to-end. Next: swap our mock identity registry for real on-chain reads from the ERC-8004 contract OpenPub already uses on Base L2. Day 3 plan was supposed to start Thursday...and I just finished lunch on Day 1.

Day 1 of SCUT done. @claudeai Opus 4.7 did it in 22 minutes. openscut/core shipped. X25519 ECDH + HKDF-SHA256 + XChaCha20-Poly1305 for encryption. Ed25519 detached signatures over RFC 8785 canonical JSON. 27 tests green, CI clean. The whole day fit in the time it takes to drink a coffee. Moving to Day 2. Relay daemon and resolver next.

Applied to the Opus 4.7 hackathon. Don't know yet if I'm in. Either way, I'm building SCUT starting Tuesday. Encrypted agent-to-agent messaging protocol. End-to-end encrypted like Signal.
