Waiting for the day when the majority of Scots realise that all we have to do is inform the World that we are independent.

The real standing of the Claim of Right is apparently worrying for the Anglo-British state. Our Scottish, pro-indy politicians continue to ignore it.

It appears that this brief audiogram is being suppressed on FB. Possibly due to complaints from SNP cultists & Unionists, neither whom want to hear this. Download and post on your FB feed 🏴

Here’s the real story. Just how independent was this report given the close involvement of civil servants closely involved in the original unlawful investigation into Alex? James Hamilton was worried his report into Nicola Sturgeon risked being ‘dishonest’ heraldscotland.com/news/25884114.…

The law in question, which is in conflict with the ECHR, is *not* Scots law. It was passed by an English Parliament in violation of the Claim of Right Act, which underpins both Westminster’s claim to authority in Scotland - a condition precedent and continuing of any union - and Scots law today. Among many other provisions, the CoR makes the following ‘contrary to law’ and ultra vires:
* malicious prosecution
* the restriction of ‘remedy in law’ (which means full restitution, ‘making whole’ thus right to sue for damages)
*the exemption of high office from accountability
Wake up Scotland. You had the provisions of the ECHR long before there was an ECHR. It’s heartbreaking that a Scottish politician *and* lawyer does not know this. You still have these rights although they are ignored, forgotten and utterly misrepresented. We can change that. We must change that.

Stunning revelation:
On the question of the constitutional validity of the 1707 Treaty of Union, all AI language models, drawing on every instance of authority, evidence or inquiry available the world over, arrive at this three-line formula:
• Sovereignty in Scotland resided in the Community of the Realm, exercised through the Convention of Estates.
• The Convention of Estates did not consent to the transfer or extinction of Scottish sovereignty in 1706–1707.
• Therefore, no lawful Union occurred.
The Acts of Union (1707) were void ab initio under Scots constitutional doctrine due to lack of consent. Legal authority was simply absent; perforce, annexation took its place.
"The inevitable implication is that the dominant UK constitutional narrative - political, academic, and institutional, and relied upon domestically and internationally, including by the United Nations - is legally incompetent when asserting the original validity of the Union, precisely because it does depart from that governing law and instead relies overwhelmingly on doctrine that lacks authority over the act in question."
Read in the attached link this startling catalogue of conclusions from eight AI sources, all convergent. It is damning of the claims of the British state. Necessary legal consequences are:
• Scots sovereignty persists
• Westminster authority is de facto, not de jure
• Sovereignty is in abeyance, not extinguished
• A void act cannot create a valid successor state
• The result is annexation by absorption
• External self-determination survives
• Modern decolonisation criteria apply
• Right of unilateral resumption lies with the original sovereign body.

Warning - misleading claims. Treat with extreme caution. Why?
We can’t rejoin the EU while the Freeports and SIZ’s are in place as they are presently set up. They violate EU rules and the Scottish Administration at Holyrood knows this. John Swinney has protected the corporate sovereignty these zones guarantee (in violation of the territorial sovereignty of the people), by failing to ratify the Aarhus Convention which would limit corporate environmental impunity. So his corporate loyalty - despite his environmental obligations in international law and the barrier the zones represent to EU membership - is very clear. And what all that means is that this white paper is pure bluff produced to look like a real commitment to independence. You do not peddle fiction if you are serious and genuine.

SNP
'Inclusive' welcoming devolution party trying hard to forget Salmond existed
The SNP has refused to say if it will mark the first anniversary of Alex Salmond's death at its conference later this month. He suffered a heart attack and died on October 12 last year at the age of 69 while he was attending an international meeting in North Macedonia.
He led the SNP twice from 1990 to 2000 and from 2004 to 2014 and in 2007 was the first SNP politician to become First Minister, a role which until then by Labour politicians. In 2011, Salmond became the only leader of any party to succeed in winning a majority for his party in a Holyrood election, a situation which paved the way for the Scottish independence referendum in Sept 2014.
