This weekend, it's Hard Rock Hell! (Iit really is this time! :p ) We open at 12, fri, sat & sun & shut when you stop drinking or our licence runs out! & as ever we'll give you notice if our licence is about to end! If you google us they say we're shut but I promise they're wrong!

@vanrockingham Midnight Cowboy, one of the greatest movies ever made. As his daughter Angelina Jolie can testify, Jon Voigt is neither gay nor a gigolo. Dustin Hoffman is neither Skint, a pimp or Dead!!!! Surely a dying person should have played that part?

We're saddened very much at the Dove to hear of the passing of Jez Saxton, AKA Bank Holiday Jez!. As bassist with The Fuckwits & as a solo artist he's played here many times, He will be much missed. Our thoughts are with his family & friends. Yet again, RIP, one of the good guys!
