Investors do not want to invest their money in businesses only to find that they have to pay a 30% of the value of their investment as a fine to be given away to ne’er do wells who contribute nothing to the business. (or even as much as 50%) Further, they don’t want their assets expropriated without compensation, because that could mean that the entire business is expropriated as well as the houses, cars and even intellectual property of the entrepreneur Investor. Abandon the racist apartheid BBBEE. Commit to the inviolability of asset ownership and stop vilifying minority race groups. Then you will see the economy surge thus creating a plethora of new jobs.
