🏟️ CLUB STATEMENT |
It's with disappointment that we confirm, Manager Adam Lakeland has decided to leave FC Halifax Town and take up the role of First Team Manager at Morecambe FC.
We'd like to put on record our thanks to Adam for his hard work & professionalism this season in guiding us to an 8th place finish, narrowly missing out on the playoffs.
We wish Adam and his family every success for the future.
The Club will commence its search for a new Manager to ensure a swift but positive appointment. (All CVs in the first instance to be sent to Tonyallan@fchalifaxtown.com)

It's not on isn't this. Totally unfair on everyone if it ends up off - Saturday afternoon time is precious, you know.

Why would any team ever get rid of @MWarby24 and replace him with that shower? He should've been here for years, class act.

👥 TEAM NEWS |
Following medical advice regarding a persistent knee injury, Tom Clarke has reluctantly called time on his football playing career at the age of 35.
Clarke began his career with Huddersfield Town and made over 100 appearances in all competitions. After eight years with the Terriers, Clarke made the switch to Preston North End where he would make almost 250 appearances, helping the club gain promotion to the Championship in 2015. The centre back then joined Salford City and spent one season with the Ammies before joining Fleetwood Town in League One. In July 2022 Clarke followed in his older brother's footsteps and joined the Shaymen, being named captain for the 2022/23 season.
All at FC Halifax Town wish Tom and his family all the very best for the future and in his future career. 💙
