The day the Affordable Care Act passed was one of my proudest moments as president, because it meant that millions of Americans would have access to health care, some for the first time.
The ACA also prevented insurance companies from denying people with pre-existing conditions coverage, allowed young people under the age of 26 to remain on their parents’ plan, expanded Medicaid, and so much more.
But the ACA was always meant to be a first step. We still have to do more to expand access and make health care more affordable for everyone.

@Captain_Boltoks @DozerDude66 @BardiaHashem @Turbinetraveler Tbf most of us at this point ask if it was a woman flying...
English

@Captain_Boltoks @BardiaHashem @Turbinetraveler I've not seen a single person who blamed this on dei or skin color other than you.
English

@DozerDude66 @BardiaHashem @Turbinetraveler They have a point though. Whenever there is a plane crash, Republicans and MAGA ask what color the pilot was. What gender are they. It shouldn't matter, it's a tragedy. But the right likes to take that route after every time.
English

@GyattR13214 @BardiaHashem @Turbinetraveler Talking out your ass. ATC, FAA, has nothing to do with the democrats holding paychecks hostage.
English

@BardiaHashem @DozerDude66 @Turbinetraveler That is also going without pay and coworkers are likely calling out/quitting because the government won’t fund the government
English

@BardiaHashem @Turbinetraveler Common dude, You are the first person to bring up race. Grow up.
English

@DozerDude66 @Turbinetraveler it was a white guy but republicans will blame biden and dei

@DozerDude66 @Turbinetraveler planes doing the macarena dance gotta hurt more than my last breakup
English

@lunaticgotxh @Turbinetraveler Yeah probably the families of the people who died too.
English

@DozerDude66 @Turbinetraveler bet the plane wishes it had a spa day instead

@GeorgeForeste17 @JerrodRicketts @BestMovieMom The production crew used military experts trained in firearms as consultants. They didn't teach anyone anything, they were taught by people who already knew, aka, military guys.
English

@JerrodRicketts @DozerDude66 @BestMovieMom No. It’s more akin to instructors saying “if you can’t change a magazine at least as fast as this fucking actor, you suck.”
The very idea that an elite military force with hundreds of years of experience would use a movie scene to train their recruits is laughable.

@PrusskyKorabl @Turbinetraveler It's a high volume international airport so I'm sure it's not just one person.
English

@DozerDude66 @Turbinetraveler Sure, I am wondering about LaGuardia at the time of the accident.
English

@PrusskyKorabl @Turbinetraveler Yeah many airports even have multiple controllers for ground and tower. Like East/West ops, etc. Atlanta has 4 different ground controllers at any given time. Traffic is switched from one to the next.
English

@DozerDude66 @Turbinetraveler Do they have separate ground and tower frequencies?
English

@DozerDude66 @Turbinetraveler Brutal. So both parties (Airline pilots & driver of the firetruck) were doing as they were told from ATC?
English

@JustDude_3 @Turbinetraveler Airplanes are almost balanced on the main landing gear. You take a few tons of the front and it's tail heavy. About 15 feet of plane is missing here.
English

@Turbinetraveler What is holding the plane up??? Where is the firetruck…. This makes no sense. I am an airplane mechanic and you need to explain to me where is the firetruck and what is that debri holding the entire frontal part of the fusalge. By the way pilots are dead for sure. Tragic :(
