@canarabank I have been trying to raise a grievance on your website , but the website just doesn’t isn’t working. It keeps loading once I submit it. Hence I’m just tweeting it here. A month ago I had requested for a bank guarantee to be submitted to my college. @canarabank

FYI last year when I requested for a BG for the same reason, I had to roam around for it and finally had to resort to raising a grievance to get it done. Now they’ve come up with a new reason. If they’re not capable of getting things done, they should’ve informed prior.

@IncomeTaxIndia I’ve filed my income tax returns 2 months ago and there has been no update about it. Once I login, it’s displaying a processing bar for the last 2 months, while others who filed returns much later have received their refunds. Kindly look into it.

I’ve submitted every single document that was asked and still this happens. They don’t give me any updates, I wait for half an hour to one hour every time I go , the reply is get is it’s not ready and ask me to come back the next week. Really disappointed. Kindly look into it.
