Get the feeling the end of this @CA_Indoor nationals game from last month wouldn’t have gone down well in England. Victoria required six off the last ball to win it, and a reminder in indoor that the ball is never dead until the umpire calls over. #Ashes

Workload or volume? 🏏⚡️ 1) How you estimate it is more important than what you call it. 2) Intensity/effort matter. 3) Do better than just attempting to count balls.

@HamishKyneo @simon_feros @Ponty100mph Agreed. The fact that there were some positive responders in both conditions surely indicates some potential (even acutely). Would be interesting to see whether these individual responses were consistent across multiple sessions.

@simon_feros @Ponty100mph I think that to say this is proof they don't work or have any place is a bit of a overstatement from this research? What about long terms affects etc. Have either of you tried Lila exogen? It's much better as doesn't affect the wrist.
