@iamakeitrain I appealed twice, the second time I just said that I've been suspended for seemingly no reason and I've now been forced off the platform. I don't think anyone actually looks at it, most likely automated. Second time I got lucky maybe

So the last week has been fun... my account was suspended under the automated sweep for 'inauthentic behavior'. I tried to appeal and an automated response told me I had broken the rules but didn't elaborate as to what I had done.

This whole experience has made me realise that nothing is guaranteed and it pays to have contingencies as an artist. I'll be posting all my future work on Twitter, Bluesky, and Reddit so you can hopefully find me on your preferred platform if you like what I make.

I accepted my fate and spent the last week making a Bluesky account (find me bsky.app/profile/drfran…) and in the middle of posting some of my archived work on there, I received this update to my appeal. So, I guess I'm back here now

@DrFrankensmut I have considered! Mostly it's been tricky because my body is so hard to pose right now-- I'm much less flexible and my balance/coordination is comically bad. But I haven't ruled it out!
