@DrJazFaust @UNCLiverCenter I’m working on: (1) 1-yr outcomes in our LT patients (rejection rates, immuno lvls, infections, ⬆️Cr, etc) and (2) HCC surveillance post-LT using Retreat score. By monitoring & gathering data, my aim is to identify actionable areas for improvement and garner support for change.

I’m looking to start a Liver Quality Improvement Group at Penn State. Has anyone done the same and can you share any advice or resources? I’d also love to network and or collaborate with anyone interested!
