First day at @SEBiology Conference in Prague. Interesting to dive into education and outreach matters in a discipline-specific context. Equally enjoying a humbling animal, plant and cell biology refresh!

Great start to the Festival of Learning and Teaching 2024: Teaching, Learning and Assessing Well in STEMMB. A thought-provoking set of keynote speakers, including Wayne Mitchell who leaves us pondering the difference between equality and equity in learning.

Thought-provoking event this evening: ‘20th Century Buildings - Refurbish and Replace?’ hosted by @unidesignforum_ Left reflecting on regenerative design and how we should be thinking more ecologically about our buildings and spaces.

Proud moment today as those involved in the redesign of Imperial's Student Space gave @PresHughBrady a tour. Excited to be leading on the evaluation and hopefully publish some interesting findings. Check out the news story here: imperial.ac.uk/news/249493/ne…

@ISSOTL it was a real pleasure. Blown away by the 2023 conference and met some inspiring people.

Great start to the @ISSOTL 2023 conference in Utrecht in the wonderful Railway Museum. ‘Getting outside the classroom’ workshop this morning leaves us with pertinent questions: Where are we teaching? How can we intentionally use other spaces to help contextualise learning?

Whilst I would have enjoyed a trip to Melbourne, Australia, it was great to present my pre-recorded presentation: "The Hybrid Learning Dilemma: Exploring the Learning Choices of Disadvantaged Students during the COVID-19 Era" at #ISAWC23.

Delighted to present around the spatial implications of belonging at this really important event hosted by @Arch_Urbanism University of Leeds.
