The main part of my thesis has been published! jeatdisord.biomedcentral.com/articles/10.11… I learnt so much from this important and meaningful research. Namely, the integral importance of working with individuals to feel seen, heard, validated and valued as unique individuals beyond the problem.

We had a blast at our #chairwork masterclass with therapists in Italy, looking at how to work with trauma and parts of the self. And we can't wait to run our brand new masterclasses in 2024! Want to bring chairwork or parts work to your therapy or coaching service? Get in touch!

“It’s literally been life-changing”: really encouraged to hear how helpful individuals with eating disorders find the ‘future selves’ #chairwork task we’ve developed, and fascinating to learn about what makes it effective. Thank you for such a great talk, Lauren and Chantelle!

Resentments and appreciations - the two most important things to work through in empty chair dialogues / unfinished situations with a significant other, according to Fritz Perls. Ted Lasso absolutely nails it in this clip! #chairwork youtube.com/watch?v=HQUOOG…

Lovely to meet therapists and coaches from all over the world at our three day intensive #chairwork training this month - thanks for being such a creative group. We hope the workshop has helped you be in the right mind at the right time and do the right thing (ie, chairwork!)
