Critical postoperative care: (Ear Reconstruction Surgery 0 to 3 months) 1. Wound management and cleaning - Before removing the stitch (7-10 days after surgery): Keep the wound dry and avoid moisture. Gently clean the scabs around the stitch with a saline swab every day. After removing the cord: Apply silicone gel to prevent scar growth for 3-6 months. 2. Prevention of pressure - Wearing a special ear mask: Wear a medical earmask throughout the day for 1 month after surgery. - Sleep posture adjustment: It is strictly forbidden to lie on the side to prevent the cartilage scaffold from being deformed under pressure.#PlasticSurgery #EarReconstruction #SurgicalTechniques #Dermatology #MedicalEducation
