The 5 C’s: Calling it out, cancelling, calling in, calling on, & calling it off. If you’re called out personally, thank them. You’ve been gifted with their time & attention… say “thank you for bringing it to my attention” & you’re going to consider what they said.

The government does the same thing as call out culture: Silence them Prison them Exile them Dispose of them We need to call people in, w/ love & respect, not anger, blaming, & shaming. Hold them accountable, but don’t humiliate for a mistake. Then call on them to do better.
