Incredibly sad times..we advertised for a salaried GP post at our practice, interviewed 20 amazing and caring newly qualified GPs - all said they were struggling to find work! All this when patients finding it hard to get a GP appointments?! @gji1964 @doctor_katie @wesstreeting
