@brohannes_jahms I will definitely add it to my list! I'll be working on a longer example of the paper that I can integrate this into. Isaac also suggested I look at Spec Ops: The Line, which shifts its perspective on war.

@DrStephLind #NACVGM Also was wondering if you've played Albert&Otto, which explores war (weirdly playfully) through the eyes of a child? It's been a while since I played it and cannot think of specific moments to bring up, but could be an interesting study!

One of the elements I took out due to time constraints was how the music mimicked a balalaika, with triplet strumming, plus the polka-style bass.

This was one of the overarching ideas for me: Papers, Please and This War of Mine in particular are games that make you feel guilt.
