@JenniferJBeckMD @POSNA_org @LimbDeformity @Z14Lowder Resecting the periosteal tether alone (maybe that is the planned “tendon” release) has some support in the literature, but there is already a lot of deformity present and i think growth modulation ( a temporary plate across the medial distal femur growth plate) is also indicated
