@Dr_Barbara_ @BarbaraOneillAU Hi, what's responsible for my thigh itching especially when I walk for a while? I am not hairy but once I scratch or even scratch it/ shave it, it relieved me? Just my thigh alone. A scare on my ankle refused healing after I was treated for boil years ago. What do you think?

1. PUFFY EYES EVERY MORNING - kidneys leaking protein into bloodstream overnight. 2. FOAMY URINE - albumin escaping - kidneys have lost their filtering ability. 3. LOWER BACK PAIN (not spine) - kidney inflammation pressing on surrounding tissue. 4. CONSTANT THIRST - kidneys failing to balance fluid properly inside the body. 5. FREQUENT NIGHT URINATION - kidneys losing ability to concentrate urine at night. 6. SWOLLEN FEET AND ANKLES - sodium and fluid building up from poor filtration. 7. METALLIC TASTE IN MOUTH - waste products accumulating in your bloodstream. 8. ITCHING ALL OVER BODY - phosphorus and toxins depositing under your skin. 9. EXTREME FATIGUE - kidneys not producing enough EPO to carry oxygen in blood. 10. MUSCLE CRAMPS AT NIGHT - electrolyte imbalance from failing filtration. 11. LOSS OF APPETITE SUDDENLY - toxin buildup suppressing hunger signals in brain. 12. PALE OR YELLOWISH SKIN - anemia caused by low kidney hormone production.

@BerryBe28435718 @BarbaraOneillAU Herbs can be incredibly supportive, but like anything powerful, they work best when used wisely. Quality, proper dosing, and knowing when to cycle or pause certain herbs can make a big difference in both safety and effectiveness.

Puffy eyes and foamy urine together are your kidneys sending a written notice. Protein in urine means the glomerular filter is leaking like a torn coffee filter. The foam is not bubbles. It is albumin, and it should never be there. A simple urine dipstick costs nothing and catches this years before blood work changes.

@BarbaraOneillAU I have several of these, and, in addition, forgive me, some rather foul smelling urine. What do i do?
