.@tandfn announced the 2025 High School Boys Athlete of the Year is @CooperLutk68303. The 16-year-old from Justin, Tex., broke the high school national record in the 800m at the Brooks PR Invitational in 1:46.26 in June but then established a new U18 world record in 1:42.27 in July to qualify for the U.S. team at this year's World Athletics Outdoor Championships.
