Over the last few months, myself and my Co-Founder have founded balay. balay is an ADHD life management platform that has been designed from the ground up to support those with ADHD in all aspects of their everyday life. ADHD is very often misunderstood, and those that do have ADHD, understand their own diagnosis even less. Myself and my Co-Founder are very keen to share our journey and “build in public”. How do we know, this will work? I was diagnosed with ADHD 12 months ago. I’ve been using the alpha version of balay for a month now and it’s totally transformed my understanding of myself and the way I live. Follow along balay.tech IG - balayapp

@robinebers I saw your post a couple of days ago about the coding UI and thoughts I’d give it another try. There’s still work to do but it’s 100% better than it was 6 weeks ago. It’s still sluggish but personally, I absolutely love the ultraplan

everyone always says that Codex and Cursor ship fast and they do, but so does Claude i'm genuinely telling you they are being overhated for their leadership while the team itself and the tools are actually very good every time i open the claude desktop app there's a new update still don't like the coding UX, but they be shipping

Supporter on the #SWFC - how this should work 👇 Wholehearted agreement there needs to be supporter representation on the board. However, the representation needs to remain objective and remove bias. Therefore, no supporter groups should be given this seat, they need to remain unaffiliated with the club. The setup should look like this: 1. An allocated seat on the board for the “voice of the supporter” 2. This is a non physical (human) seat 3. The seat should be assigned a portion of equity in the club, to ensure some form of voting right 4. Every paying supporter (season ticket holders, members and pay on the gate) will be able to vote on upcoming board items 5. Verification will be required through existing supporter IDs to ensure bots etc do not infiltrate the vote 6. Total votes weighted (65% ST Holders, 20% Members & 15% POTD) 7. Winning % of the vote on items is then taken as the “voice of the fans” on board items IMO this is the only true, objective and unbiased way of obtaining the “voice of the fan” on the #SWFC board

A #SWFC Observation. There were lots of positives that came out of the @SWFCTrust meeting. The trust have to be commended and congratulated on their efforts over the last 18 months or so to remove the previous regime and help bring in the new owners. BUT my personal view, whilst a wonderful gesture by the new owners, is that no supporters organisation should be part of the business board of a football club. At that point they stop being independent, it creates a massive conflict of interest, you cannot truly be the independent check and challenge function representing your members. If, as was the case previously, it starts to go wrong you are then part of the problem you cannot absolve yourself from that responsibility. It also puts which ever individual that takes that role at risk as they will be part of confidential conversations that they cannot convey to their members. If it is the case then all supporters organisations should be given the opportunity to be on the board (again I don’t agree with that). All these organisations must have an equal opportunity of engaging with the club to represent their members views and help the clubs engagement with its communities, putting view points across professionally but also being able to effectively constructively challenge where it is required. It also, creates and issue with any engagement panel as where do that organisation sit. You cannot be poacher come game keeper. This needs to be thought through very carefully. Supporters organisations should be fairly represented this certainly doesn’t allow that as one is being favoured over others. #swfc #wawaw

@kevin_jordan__ I’m not sure if purely down to phones. Modern life is so structured; 9-5 job, 8 hours sleep (between 10-6), work Monday- Friday. Living with ADHD requires a framework, to live within. Not a structure telling you how to live.

Our ancestors had ADHD and lived just fine. They worked with their hands, moved all day, slept when the sun went down and knew everyone in their village. Modern life replaced these with phones and distractions. ADHD brains are missing the world we used to live in.

Great bit of Saturday morning validation. I’ve been asking Claude to create HTML files as mockups for UI components, then making changes based on the output. This can even be done in CoWork with other sources and context. @trq212

@TWFootball1867 Agreed. I will start to get worried if we start bringing in older players on big contracts with 0 resale value. That includes Bannan.

On transfers, the early murmurs coming out are very impressive. Chalobah leaving is right. Quality, but would max out the wage limit on a player who realistically will play fewer than 15 games. Instead go for Heskey who we could develop into an asset ✅

Sheffield Wednesday have won for the first time since September, after breaking the football league record for most consecutive games without a victory. The Owls did it in front of a sold out crowd in the final day, recording the highest attendance of any club in the Championship this season, with 33,750 fans 👏🦉

@trq212 @ClaudeDevs Going from the CLI to Ultraplan on the web is poor. I love the ultraplan mode but sometimes it can take 5/10 mins for it to load (if it loads at all)

Claude Code ultraplan is the best way to plan and refine. However, right now it’s barely useable when going from the terminal into the cloud. It’s taken anywhere from 2-10 mins to actually load, if it even loads at all @trq212
