I am a Highly Sensitive Person (HSP) HSPs are considered neurodivergent bc they process information differently and are more easily overwhelmed by stimuli. For example, strong scents, bright lights and certain fabrics bother me; too much talking overstimulates me; and I cry easily and often. Are you a HSP?
