After 19 months of waiting patiently, the O’Keefe attorneys are asking the court to compel Karen Read to comply with discovery requests. She has handed over zero discovery and objects to literally all of it. Every single discovery request has been met with an objection. She doesn't want to give up anything. Karen Read is hiding from the truth. There's no denying that.

This is an overheard view I put together based on where all the evidence was found and what the Techstream data showed based on a starting point close to the hydrant. Where the TS data ended would have been a few feet North of the hydrant towards 34FV. Karen would have roughly another 50ft to stop before reaching the front door area in line with the street. For anyone to say it’s impossible for John to end up where he did based on an impact at 24mph, well…. They are ultra biased. I speculated a suv path of straight back since Techstream data didn’t show any significant steering changes until 9 seconds in, where I think she might have hit the curb.

BREAKING NEWS🚨🚨🚨: Judge Gildea has issued his ruling regarding Michael Proctor's deposition. Proctor has lost his request to delay the deposition and he is required to attend a deposition with Alan Jackson tomorrow (Tuesday). Karen Read has won, again. Judge finds that the supplemental submission does not meet the requirements to delay the deposition. Judge found that the person who submitted a document on Proctor's behalf was not qualified to do so. Then a random person named "Brendon" joined the Zoom and cussed. Then Judge went back to his ruling and found the letter submitted turned the request from Proctor into a request to delay his deposition forever. That, Judge Gildea found, was not what Proctor originally requested. Further, the letter was done by Committee but all Committee members were not present. The motion for a protective order is denied. Proctor shall appear TOMORROW!

BREAKING: Disgraced ex-MA state trooper Michael Proctor just filed an emergency motion to delay his scheduled deposition Monday morning at 9 a.m. in the Karen Read wrongful death suit. "Bear" claims he's "unavailable." More than 15 lawyers had cleared their schedules to be there, and the racist, sexist crooked cop just decides to be a no-show. Read attorney Damon Seligson just said on my show his team will be filing a response for the judge, who is already very unhappy with the delayts. Trial can't begin, Seligson says, until 18 months from now, at the earliest.

PR stunt. Wtf was that repetitive filing? Texts back to high school? So over the top, they’re clearly in jokes. Any actual complaints from criminals? Misconduct? Racism? Or just shit talk in private? That’s all they wanted to do was put them in a dead end motion for the public outrage. Just as Proctor’s lawyer said they would do. Remember?
