@_blmay Hi Brandon! Sorry to see you received a damaged sleeve. We try to include over 100 sleeves in every box so folks can have a few spares, and that comes in handy if there is a damaged sleeve.

@Xorri__ @2230yt A replacement box is the likely outcome here, but following our quality process with our customer service team helps us figure out why this happened and improve things for the future so we get less goobery boxes.

Hey @DragonShield_ I just bought these sleeves and took of the shrink wrap and this is what I find. $15 down the drain

@at_schill_j @2230yt We often ask folks to check with their LGS first because they can likely get a quicker replacement set, and then we can resupply the LGS on the back end. Its not to ignore the problem but to hopefully get a solution to the player sooner.

@DragonShield_ @2230yt Their support team told me last time to take itt up with the card shop I got them from and wouldn’t deal with the request. I open it at the shop now in case they’re damaged and don’t even bother with their support now.
