On what grounds can someone determine "what" leads to provocation? Do words have the ability to initiate a fight or does physical contact need to be established? Does the court recognize his freedom to notoriety, regardless of public perception, and any intentional threat brought up on him, such as this incident, cannot be blamed on Chud. You cant condemn celebrities who are victims of crimes for their notoriety.
