This entitled little brat parks in the handicap loading and unloading spot with the wheelchair-accessible curb. When confronted, she acts like a jerk and even yells at the man in the wheelchair. She says some pretty dumb things. Should the charges for people who do this be extreme? She seems like she needs to be humbled.
