@snakesandrews This happened when I was watching Frozen 2 (2019) as well. Not a fault of the movie, but a fault of the theatre. I was given a full refund of course.

The movie is 90 minutes of pure darkness. The only audio is a beep that happens at irregular intervals throughout the movie leaving 20 minutes of silence at the end. The joke is on us.
