BREAKING: After an inquest from iRacing, we can confirm these 3 Redline drivers have been found GUILTY of joining rival teams sessions through an illegal exploit. They will be banned from PESC for the rest of this year and most likely 2022 as well.

BREAKING: @iRacing staff has made an official comment about their ongoing "brake dragging" exploit. They claim it is "realistic" despite feedback from many real-world drivers & once again fail to target fixing the core issue. Instead they rely on buggy Quali scrutiny to hide it

BREAKING: It seems the @iRacing fan base is finally FED UP with brake dragging as the community begins to brake drag in official races. We have heard through sources that there are no plans to fix brake dragging as it is realistic to prepare the tire like real life. Thoughts?

BREAKING: As if brake dragging wasn’t bad enough on @iRacing we are also seeing increased reports of rubber banding! This clip below demonstrates the issues drivers are seeing service wide. Many report this is the “worst we’ve seen the sim in years”. Time is ticking.

@DramaSim @iRacing racecar-engineering.com/tech-explained… creating rim temp through brakes have been around for years. You can hear and see them be asked to drag the brakes in f1 during safety cars. How is this not realistic. Doesn’t sound like an exploit sounds like a good strategy. Unless its too effective?

@joshjwebster @DevonFati @iRacing Our sources have provided data that shows the tire is being malformed due to a bug in the code. It isn’t temperature related as people seem to believe so far. We are still investigating thoroughly however we can assure you, brake temperature isn’t modelled.
