In my opinion, Stephen Miller is right. We should only count American citizens when determining how many House seats each state gets. Right now, noncitizens, including illegal immigrants, are counted in the population totals used for congressional apportionment, and that can affect House seats and Electoral College votes. That is not fair to American citizens in Ohio, Texas, Florida, or anywhere else. Representation should be for We the People, not We the People plus those here illegally. Do you support excluding illegal immigrants from the census count used for apportionment?
