@Kaballin12 Nope. She is often drawn shorter. The Buu Saga decided to shrink Bulma and Chi-Chi, but prior to that, they were both shown to have similar heights to Goku and Vegeta, while Videl barely reaches Gohan's chest

@DrawingsGmr I cant imagine Videl being the shortest she's at least taller than both Chi-Chi and Bulma
