food is fuel. With that level of activity, it's important to have enough carbs to keep your workouts going, especially on days there is a training split. You can work out all you want, but if your nutrition is shit, you won't go anywhere. You can get away with eating like shit & working out until you're about 25ish but you'll get more gains and grow if you have your macros(proteins/carbs/fats) and micros(zinc/vitamin a b c ect)

@NarutoExplained @drawINK_2 Wow,Actually, if you eat every 2 hours, are you really hungry or are you eating because it's what your body needs?

I eat roughly every 2 hours: lots of broccoli/carrots/pickles/Cauliflower, lean meats(fish) or chicken pasta if I need calories, rice, eggs, fruits added to the protein shake 3300-3500 calories, 115g fat, 280ish gram protein, 450-480g carbs basically a 50-30-20 split for calories, but some days are heavier carb days bc I'll zig zag Training 5x a week, but I split on heavy cardio days: morning run, work, lift weights at noon, run at sunset. 6 minute mile pace. Rest on the weekends, but I still do something light, like a quick mile run in the morning or I'll go to the park for a bit. Cheat meal is on Saturday during non NFL season. During NFL season the cheat meal is whenever the New York Giants play No alcohol I drink a gallon of water a day but I try to cut it off at 7pm so I'm not up all night taking a piss.

Only if you aren't paying attention...it's implied Denji swallowed a bird when he fought Yoru...moments later he coughs it up....that's why I said chainsaw man doesn't spoonfeed...was it lucky he happened to fall where birds were...yes...just as it was lucky Obito stole part of the bijuu chakra naruto needed...the ONLY time it becomes a problem is if there isn't any payoff...there is one here, so it's justified...

@DrawinkTwitt yeah. that's part of writing...some things happen but the point is that when he spit the bird up, it triggered something in Yoru that directly led to Mitaka getting closure...so it served its purpose and looped back to Yoru's introduction. It was also a dove...added to the payoff

@DrawinkTwitt That’s part of dramatic irony. We know everything he went through and lost and loved…he consciously doesn’t BUT the payoff is seeing how Denji & Mitaka BOTH grew…Denji learned his lesson & Mitaka isn’t burdened by guilt…the end relies on dramatic irony.

@DrawinkTwitt Again…Denji subconsciously retained the memories & experiences. Think of it like muscle memory. You see the change in him if you pay attention…the desire to go to school…reze…being responsible as a hunter…Aki…those impressions are still there subconsciously

@NarutoExplained Why does it feel like the thing that made me emotionally connected to Denji was forced to be removed by the story? It makes sense from a story perspective, but emotionally I'm a bit disappointed.

@DrawinkTwitt That again in character wouldn’t happen…he wont appreciate his new life if he consciously remembered being chainsaw man. Denji is an addict. However, again Denji carries the lessons/experiences he learned Wanting to go to school(Reze) More responsible as a hunter(Aki)
