Despite the loss of 3 quick wickets, Divakara Ramaiah squeezed the 5th ball of the 43rd over to the 3rd man boundary to seal the victory.

Andy Hawes (56 not out) and Philip Wright (24), both in their 37th seasons playing for the club, then added 55 in just 7 overs for the 5th wicket to put Drayton in the driving seat.

We got back to winning ways with a 3 wicket victory at Overstrand on Saturday. Choosing to bat first after a delayed start the home side made 244-8.

Despite the biblical rain in Norwich today - we managed to get a game on at Castle Rising - coming away with a 6 wicket victory 😃

I’ve so much admiration for my little girl Sophia. A couple of years ago she broke her arm in four places and she still suffers as has no feeling in part of her arm. Today she represented Norfolk at cricket. She is so gutsy. Her grandad would be impressed ❤️
