@rachelcohen7 Her name is @ChardineTaylor and I’m SO glad she said what she said because the excuses were getting BORING.

@RobCOYI94 @JonnyH95 @slengington Just FYI seeking asylum is not illegal. Everyone has the legal right to do. I’m sure you’d do it if your family faced death/persecution in your home country. Also genuine question - what do you think about Britain colonising 56 countries?
English

@JonnyH95 @slengington People doing illegal acts (illegally trying to enter a country) are innocent? But people who have an opinion in a free democratic country are not innocent? What kind of warped logic is that? Think you might want to educate yourself a little more before commenting.

If schools want to use clipboards and it works leave them to it.
If schools want to have silent corridors and it works leave them to it.
If schools want to use TLAC strategies and it works leave them to it.
If schools don’t want to use any of these strategies and it works leave them to it.
The communities that schools serve are different.
What I see on here is people calling out schools that use these strategies because they don’t agree with them. What I rarely see is the opposite where people call out schools for not using them.
I think it’s unfair and unnecessary to be calling out schools who are trying to make a difference for their students no matter what approach they take to do it.

@frshaaaw @NavPMishra @usdaw Strategically turned the comments off on that tweet too. Integrity in tatters
English

@NavPMishra @usdaw Why do you say you call for a ceasefire and abstain? Self preservation. Remember it is the people who send you to Westminster.

@MissESGeography Yesss and without adding extra work load for you too!

@DreaGeography Love this!! Definitely a work in progress but I agree that this would make it more elevated 🥰

A fantastic opportunity to join a trust that is values driven and always top 5 nationally for progress. Added perk is getting to be part of a wonderful supportive geography team (not biased at all). tes.com/jobs/vacancy/t…

@GeogChat Structured ‘brain dump’ A3 sheet of prior learning. Students dump everything they know into each box, then use their KO/booklet to go back with green pen and fill any gaps/add detail etc

Evening everyone it's 8pm and time for @GeogChat. This week the focus is cover lessons, here is Question 1

@MrD_ESC @MrEagerTeacher such a misguided comment, a minor change that does not affect school but might reduce the stress/negative connotations associated for a child not looked after by a parent can only be a positive. I think we do need to ‘pander’ to the emotional well-being of our students sometimes.

Perhaps the Archbishop of Canterbury should stay out of politics this time.
At the end of the day, illegal immigration to this country has to be stopped. As do those who facilitate people smuggling.
Majority of this country are fully behind the Rwanda plans to tackle this.
