Why is it that federal funding for homeless doesnt include help for veterans who just got out of homelessness with their mortgage payment because at the end of the day no war veteran should even have to pay mortgage nor utilities.

The fact the US War veterans still have to pay mortgage/rent and utilities is completely outrageous especially when we have billions of dollars going to bum ass non American citizens.
