…was to take from the initial donations, which had stopped and sort it out until people suggested that it should be treated differently because of how it came. When the donations were received, and the matter was resolved, I accounted for every single kobo, including the transfer of the balance to his wife who was nurturing a 7months old baby to set up a business to support their family. The wisdom came from my conversation with her and how she lamented about suffering since her husband was in prison and I asked if she owned a business which she said no. It was out of that compassion and being a father that I sent the balance to the wife, if not, the balance would have been used to free another person from prison, as we did for him.
This is not an explanation to play the victim card or reclaim a lost integrity or paint a good picture of myself. Rather, it’s to set the record straight, reinforce my conviction to continue to help people either those who are in prison in my professional capacity, students in school, business supports, rents, medical needs and other needs that I am resourceful and convenient enough to assist with.
Finally, this is Muhammed Ndakudu Adam, alias Egi Nupe and Foundational Nupe Lawyer and he is here to stay! We are going nowhere!

Let me tell you about the picture in Frame 1.
In August 2017, as a litigation lawyer in Lagos, I had work to do that required me to be at the office during the weekend.
There was only one problem that weekend.
I had a 16 months old son, no nanny and no one to leave him with at home so I asked my boss if I could bring him with me and she was gracious enough to agree. While I was working, my son fell asleep and I had to lay him down on the floor beside my table.
In that moment, I took a picture of him sleeping and made a promise to myself that if I ever had my own firm, at some point in that journey, no woman working with me who had a caregiver emergency and needs to be at work will have to lay her baby on the floor.
That same day, I thought of my struggles as a breastfeeding mother in the workplace and promised again that no woman working with me who had a baby will ever have to struggle for a private space to use her breast pump at work, relieve her aching breast to focus and save some quality milk for her baby.
Frame 2
Today, we finished the renovation of our office building complete with a nursing room.
Litigation is tough for women.
The firm should not make it tougher.
Strichland LP has a nursing room and today, by the grace of God, I kept that promise.

Yemi Saubana Adekunle who became a judge of the High Court of Oyo State, I believe, in Dec 2024, has concluded the voting for #NBADecides2026 & announced the result.
Ruling ex-parte in an application brought by the Incorporated Trustees of Egbe Amofin 2 weeks ago, he restrained the entire world, including all the voting members of @NigBarAssoc whom he cld not be bothered to hear from, from recognizing any candidate for the presidency of @NigBarAssoc in 2026 except the "consensus" candidate of #EgbeAmofin.
I am not sure how @MuyiwaAkinboro thinks this is how to go about winning the presidency of the NBA. If he wants to emerge by consensus, all he has to do is persuade the other candidates in the running to stand down for him.
But if he thinks he can become president of the NBA by manufacturing these patently corrupt orders from a nobbled or neophyte judge who cannot distinguish between "save" & "safe", he is mistaken.

Respectfully, I think all churches should have active legal departments whose job it is to advise on any important legal transaction or issue to be executed by the church. I don’t know why we treat law like it’s something that cannot coexist with faith. That thing you are praying to see in a vision, a lawyer would have seen it at the Registry in Alausa.
Please. Let us not test the sovereignty of God.
